These terms govern the use of the satvrn.co website and the purchase of products through it. By browsing the site and placing an order, you accept these terms in full.

SATVRN is a streetwear brand based in Barcelona (Spain). For any question, email us at contact@satvrn.co.

Products and availability

Our pieces are made in limited runs. Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen. Products are subject to availability; if an item sells out after you order it, we will let you know and refund the corresponding amount.

Prices

All prices are shown in euros (€) and include applicable VAT. Shipping costs are calculated and shown before you confirm your order, depending on the destination and the method chosen. We may change prices, but confirmed orders keep the price in force at the time of purchase.

How to buy

Add products to your cart, review your order, enter your shipping and billing details and choose a payment method. Before you finish, you will see a summary with the product, the total price including taxes and the shipping costs. By pressing the payment button you confirm an order with an obligation to pay. Once completed, you will receive a confirmation email; that email, together with the shipping confirmation, is your proof of purchase. The contract is formed when we send you the order confirmation.

Payment methods

We accept the payment methods shown on the checkout screen (credit or debit card and the digital wallets available at any given time). Payment is taken when you confirm the order. Payment is handled securely through Shopify and the payment providers; SATVRN does not store your full card details.

Shipping

Delivery times, areas and rates are detailed in the Shipping Policy. The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete address.

Exchanges, returns and withdrawal

Legal guarantee

All products come with the legal guarantee of conformity set out in consumer law (3 years from delivery for purchases made after 1 January 2022).

Intellectual property

All content on the website — texts, images, logos, graphics, garment designs and site structure — belongs to SATVRN or is used with the necessary authorization. Its reproduction, distribution or unauthorized use is prohibited.

Use of the website

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to do anything that could damage its operation or that of its systems. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.

Liability

SATVRN is not responsible for service interruptions beyond its control or for damage resulting from misuse of the site. Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law grants to consumers.

Data protection

The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy.

Complaints

If you have a complaint, email us at contact@satvrn.co and we will sort it out with you. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the consumer services of your region.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For consumers, the courts of their place of residence will have jurisdiction; in all other cases, the courts of Barcelona. We may update these terms; the version in force is always the one published on this page.
