Refund policy

You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order to request an exchange or a return.

Exchanges (another size or color)

Exchanges are free: SATVRN pays for the return shipping and for sending the new item. Email us at contact@satvrn.co with your order number and the size or color you want, and we will send you a prepaid shipping label. Exchanges are subject to availability; if the item you want is sold out, we will offer you another option or a refund.

Returns for a refund

If you prefer a refund, the return shipping cost is on you. You can use any carrier you like; we recommend one with tracking. Once we receive the item and check its condition, we will refund what you paid (the item and standard shipping) to the same payment method within 14 days at the latest.

If the mistake is ours

If the product arrives faulty, damaged or is not the one you ordered, we cover everything: the pickup or return shipping and the correct replacement or a full refund, shipping included. Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the problem.

Conditions

  • For an exchange, the item must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, in the same condition you received it.
  • You do not need to keep the original packaging, but the item must be sent back protected.
  • From the moment you notify us, you have 14 calendar days to send us the item.
  • If you return an item that has been worn, washed or altered, we may deduct from the refund the loss of value this causes.

Right of withdrawal

If you buy as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise it, just tell us clearly before the period ends, by emailing contact@satvrn.co or using the model form below. Any other written statement is also valid.

If you withdraw, we will refund all payments received, including standard shipping costs (except any extra costs from choosing a delivery method other than the cheapest standard one), without undue delay and in any case within 14 calendar days of the date you inform us. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item or until you show proof that you have sent it back. You must return the item without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after telling us you are withdrawing; the direct cost of the return is on you. You are only responsible for any loss of value of the item resulting from handling other than what is needed to check its nature, characteristics and functioning.

Legal guarantee

All our items come with the legal guarantee of conformity set out in Spanish consumer law: 3 years from delivery for products bought from 1 January 2022 onwards. If an item has a manufacturing defect, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund it as appropriate, at no cost to you.

If you have a complaint, email us at contact@satvrn.co and we will sort it out with you. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the consumer services of your region.

Not sure about your size?

Our cut is boxy and slightly oversized. If you are between two sizes, we recommend choosing the smaller one. You will find all the measurements in the size guide on each product.
