This policy explains what personal data we process when you visit satvrn.co or buy from us, what we use it for and what rights you have.

Data controller

SATVRN is the controller of your personal data. You can contact us at any time at contact@satvrn.co with any question about your privacy.

What data we process

  • Data you give us: first and last name, shipping and billing address, email, phone number (if you provide it) and the details needed to process the payment.
  • Order data: products bought, amount, order history and communications with customer service.
  • Browsing data: IP address, device and browser type, pages visited and data collected through cookies and similar technologies (see the Cookie Policy).

What we use your data for and on what legal basis

  • Managing your purchase (processing the order, payment, shipping, exchanges and returns, customer service): performance of the contract.
  • Meeting our legal obligations (invoicing, accounting, tax, guarantees): legal obligation.
  • Sending you marketing emails about launches and news, if you subscribe: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time from the link in each email.
  • Improving the website and measuring its use, and showing you relevant advertising: your consent through the cookie notice.
  • Preventing fraud and keeping the store secure: legitimate interest.

Who we share your data with

We only share your data with providers that give us services we need to operate, and only for those purposes:

  • Shopify — store platform and payment processing.
  • Payment providers — to handle payment securely.
  • Carriers — to deliver your order.
  • Email marketing tool — to send you the emails you have subscribed to.
  • Analytics and advertising providers — only if you accept the corresponding cookies.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

International transfers

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In those cases, safeguards recognized by data protection law apply, such as the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

How long we keep your data

We keep your order data while the commercial relationship exists and, after that, for the legal limitation periods (tax and commercial, up to 6 years). Data processed with your consent (marketing) is kept until you withdraw your consent.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability at any time, and withdraw any consent you have given, by emailing contact@satvrn.co. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our services or in the law. The version in force is always the one published on this page.
