Returns and refunds
At SATVRN, we value the quality of our garments and the conscious decision of each customer when making a purchase. Therefore, we do not issue refunds. If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer the option of exchanging it for another product of equal or greater value, paying the difference if applicable.
Exchanges are accepted within 14 calendar days of receiving the order. Requests outside this period will not be processed.
SATVRN assumes the cost of any changes, in order to make the process as simple and convenient for you as possible.
We do not charge any additional fees for exchanges. We only require that the product meets certain conditions for acceptance.
Exchanges are not accepted for garments that have been worn, washed, or tampered with, nor for items purchased under promotions labeled "Final Offer" or similar. Personal or hygiene products are also not accepted, should they be included in the future. Therefore, we recommend carefully reviewing the product's specifications before confirming your purchase.
For an exchange to be processed, the product must be in its original condition, unused and undamaged, and must be returned within the stated 14-day period from delivery. It is not mandatory to include tags or packaging, but the product must be in the same condition as when received.
To request an exchange, please write to contact@satvrn.co, including your order number and the reason for the exchange. We'll send you instructions along with a free shipping label.
Once we receive the product and confirm that it meets the conditions, you can choose the new item you want.
It's important to remember that SATVRN does not accept returns for refunds. By making your purchase, you agree to this. Each garment is made with a purpose and in limited production runs, so each purchase should be a firm and conscious decision.
SATVRN reserves the right to modify this policy at any time to adapt it to new operating or legal conditions.
