Order preparation
We prepare orders Monday to Friday (working days). Preparation takes 1 to 3 working days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
Areas, delivery times and costs
Spain (mainland and Balearic Islands)
- Standard shipping: €4.95 — estimated delivery in 2–4 working days.
- Express shipping: €5.90 — estimated delivery in 1–2 working days.
- Free standard shipping on orders of €100 or more.
European Union
- International standard shipping: €8.50 — estimated delivery in 3–7 working days.
- Free shipping on orders of €120 or more.
For now we ship to Spain (mainland and Balearic Islands) and to European Union countries, except Cyprus, the Azores and Madeira. We do not yet ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla or outside the EU. Delivery times are estimates and start counting from when the order leaves our premises.
Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive an email with the tracking number so you can check the status of the delivery.
Issues
If your order is significantly delayed, arrives damaged or does not arrive, email us at contact@satvrn.co and we will sort it out. Please check your address carefully before confirming: SATVRN is not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
Taxes
Prices include VAT. Shipments within the EU have no additional duties or customs fees.
